2024: End of year roundup
As we wind down, and work through the last couple of weeks of the year, most people’s minds are on Christmas.
The out-of-office is itching to be turned on, and we’re already thinking about time with family, endless mince pies and the Christmas games we love to hate.
Before we say goodbye to another year, we wanted to round up a couple of highlights and share some thoughts on what the next year holds.
Here’s our sign-off for 2024.
Rebrand
We worked together with a digital design agency to unpick, unlock and unveil a deeper understanding of what our brand represented, and what we wanted it to represent.
The bold colours match our ambition, as a forward-thinking, direct provider of the best search and consultancy service within the Investment Management industry.
At the time, Chris Halliday said ““Whilst our clients and candidates have an intricate understanding of what makes Finshore different to other organisations, we wanted to spread our message confidently, and with greater clarity.
Our visual identity was something that we knew needed changing – and with great efforts both internally and externally, we were able to create a visual brand we are enormously proud of.”
We’re sure you’ve already seen it (especially as you’re on the website) but take a look around – we still love it!
Praven joins the team
We were delighted to join Praven to the team, an experienced professional who has already become an integral part of the team.
The switch to digital is already upon us. And Praven has become an in-house specialist in hiring for the rapidly growing tech industry.
He helps with companies that are:

- utilising Azure software such as Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Pipelines

What to expect in 2025
